This smart four bedroom two bathroom flat takes up the entire top half of its apartment building on Plaza Cavana, which is the small square with bars and restaurants next to Nerja’s emblematic Balcon de Europa.
Two of the most picturesque and unspoilt beaches in Nerja, El Salon and Calahonda are both on your doorstep, being just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Nerja is within easy walking distance, with shops, bars, restaurants, beaches and the Tourist Information Office all within a few minutes walk.
The flat has private terraces from the lounge and three of the bedrooms, with views over Plaza Cavana and the Balcon de Europa towards the sea, plus a further west facing balcony opening from the kitchen with sea views and afternoon sun. There is also a communal roof terrace, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean and the town itself.
Neighbouring El Salon beach is down a gently sloping footpath and is ideal for families with children. There is a kiosk selling drinks and ice cream, sun loungers for hire, lifegaurds in the summer months, showers and toilets. The beach has soft sand for the children to play in and the council hold an annual sand castle competition on the beach in the summer.
